Listen → Look Deeper → Connect → Move Forward

You're welcome here. You don't have to figure this out alone.

For men—and the people who care about them—who feel stuck, overwhelmed, alone, or unsure where to turn. Someone will listen. There are resources. There is a way to begin.

Scott Rich

Meet Scott

Someone walking the road with you—not standing above it.

I'm Scott Rich. I've lived through addiction, brain-health challenges, physical recovery, failure, and the slow work of rebuilding. Along the way I've also been a businessman, a husband, a father, a traveler, and a lifelong learner.

I'm not a therapist, physician, or addiction counselor, and I don't have every answer. What I can do is listen without judgment, share what I've learned, help you ask better questions, and connect you with resources and qualified professionals who fit where you are.

What guides this work

Trust is the line I won't cross. Everything here is built on honesty, consistency, and showing up when life gets hard—not just when it's easy.

  • Trust & Integrity — protected through honesty.
  • Presence — staying engaged when it's difficult.
  • Growth — seeing what's still possible.
  • Grace & Compassion — room for mistakes and another step forward.
  • Accountability — owning it, repairing what can be repaired, and moving on.

What a way forward can look like

  • Greater clarity
  • A workable plan
  • New possibilities you hadn't considered
  • Useful professional and community connections
  • A sense of belonging
  • Practical next steps instead of more overwhelm
