About Scott Rich

A man who has walked through hard seasons, and is still walking.

Not an expert with every answer. A peer, a listener, and a connector who wants you to know you don't have to figure this out alone.

My Story

An unconventional path, lived one chapter at a time.

I graduated from the University of Southern California in music, where I studied and played oboe and English horn. Before that, I played football in high school. Neither pointed in a straight line toward what came next, and that has been true of most of my life.

I built a career mostly as a businessman and self-starter. I worked through the internet before remote work was common, and I created and implemented large governmental projects involving Homeless Management Information Systems, including work connected with Arizona and Continuums of Care.

Along the way I've been a husband, a father, and a traveler. My wife, our sons, and I traveled to Nicaragua, and we spent months at a time in Europe while the kids homeschooled and I kept working remotely. We made unconventional choices, and they taught me how to solve problems, stay curious, and keep learning.

The Harder Chapters

The parts of my story that made this work matter.

Not every chapter has been a success. I've lived through addiction, brain-health and physical challenges, strained relationships, and the slow, humbling work of recovery and rebuilding. I've had to take ownership, practice accountability, and repair what could be repaired.

What I learned is that one struggle rarely stands alone. Health, relationships, finances, stress, purpose, and habits are all connected. Looking at the whole picture, and looking for root causes instead of surface explanations, changed the way I understood my own life.

Why I'm doing this now

I'm still working on my own physical and mental wellness. Helping other people gives me purpose and strengthens my own accountability. I want to turn what I've learned through difficult experiences into useful resources and connections that may help you explore your own path forward. I'm walking alongside you, not standing above you.

My Approach

Listen → Look Deeper → Connect → Move Forward

Education, relationship, and your own goals come first. Wellness products only come into the conversation when they genuinely fit.

01

LISTEN

Room to tell your story. Where you are now, and what matters most to you.

02

LOOK DEEPER

The whole picture: nutrition, brain health, emotions, relationships, finances, stress, purpose, habits, and community.

03

CONNECT

Education, community resources, counselors, healthcare and addiction-recovery professionals, and other qualified support.

04

MOVE FORWARD

Realistic next steps, wellness options, and resources that fit your priorities.

What Guides Me

Values I try to live by

Trust & Integrity — protected through honesty and consistency.

Presence — staying engaged when life gets difficult.

Growth — helping people become more fully who they can become.

Grace & Compassion — room for humanity, mistakes, repair, and another step forward.

Accountability — take ownership, learn, repair, and keep moving.

Non-negotiable: Never break trust.

What I am, and what I'm not

I'm not a physician, therapist, addiction counselor, or financial adviser, and I don't have every answer.

What I can do is listen without judgment, share relevant lived experience, help you ask better questions, connect you with resources and qualified professionals, and help you find practical next steps.

My wellness interests include nutrition, brain support, supplements, Young Living essential oils, Master Cellular Nutrition, and practical lifestyle choices, always offered when they fit your goals.
