Work With Scott

Let's start with a conversation. No pressure, no judgment.

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn, you don't need a perfect plan to reach out. You just need a place to begin. I'll listen, help you see the bigger picture, and connect you with resources and people who can help.

What Working Together Looks Like

A peer guide and connector—not someone with every answer.

When you work with me, you get someone who listens first. I've walked through addiction, brain-health challenges, physical recovery, failure, and rebuilding. I've also been a businessman, a husband, a father, and a lifelong learner. That experience shapes how I show up.

Together we'll talk about where you are now and what matters most to you. Then we'll look for practical resources, qualified professionals, and wellness options that fit your goals—one realistic step at a time.

Education, relationship, and your goals always come before products.

The Approach

Listen → Look Deeper → Connect → Move Forward

One struggle often connects to several areas of life. This simple path keeps the focus on you and the whole picture.

01

Listen

You get room to tell your story. We start with where you are now and what matters most to you.

02

Look Deeper

We consider the whole picture: nutrition, physical and brain health, emotions, relationships, finances, stress, purpose, habits, and community.

03

Connect

I help you find useful education, community resources, counselors, healthcare and addiction-recovery professionals, and other qualified support.

04

Move Forward

Together we identify realistic next steps, wellness options, and resources that fit your priorities.

Is This a Fit?

Honest about what I offer—and what I don't.

I walk alongside people facing

  • Addiction or recovery from addiction
  • Depression, loneliness, or feeling unseen
  • Physical, mental, or brain-health concerns
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Financial pressure or chronic stress
  • Loss of direction, purpose, or community
  • Several challenges at the same time

What I am—and am not

I am a trusted resource, peer guide, and connector. I listen, share relevant lived experience, help you ask better questions, and point you toward qualified help.

I am not a therapist, physician, addiction counselor, or financial adviser. When you need professional care, I'll help you find the right people.

My non-negotiable: never break trust.

Common Questions

Before you reach out

Do I need to have it all figured out first?
Not at all. Most people reach out because they don't know where to start. We'll begin with a conversation about where you are and what matters most to you.
Are you a counselor or medical professional?
No. I'm a peer guide and connector. I share lived experience and help you find qualified counselors, healthcare professionals, addiction-recovery professionals, and other appropriate support.
Will you try to sell me products?
Education, relationship, and your goals come first. I'm interested in nutrition, brain support, supplements, Young Living essential oils, and Master Cellular Nutrition, and I'll share those options only when they fit what you want to accomplish.
Can I reach out on behalf of someone I care about?
Yes. Spouses, parents, family members, and friends are welcome. Sometimes the first step is simply finding the right resources for someone you love.

Take the First Step

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Share a little about where you are, and I'll reach out to set up a conversation. Someone will listen. There are resources. There is a way to begin.

Start With a Conversation

You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
Tell me a little about what brought you here and what feels most important right now. I'll start by listening. From there, we can look at the bigger picture, explore resources and possibilities, and identify a next step that makes sense for you.
